TEXAS HUNTING BOOKING INFORMATION

Booking your Texas hunt is simple. Either call by telephone at 325-347-1078 or by our contact page on this website. We will return your inquiry right away. Once a hunt and a date are set, we will forward you a contract and liability release to be signed and returned to us with a nonrefundable deposit. The balance of the price of the hunt will be due on or before September 1 for whitetail hunts.

NOTES TO ALL HUNTERS:

  • Guide determines whitetail deer to be harvested
  • All non-hunting guests $150.00/day.  Due upon confirmation.
  • Guides tips not included in price of hunt.
  • Whitetail deer hunting dates October 2007 through December 2008 subject to availability.
  • Semi-guided hunts mean hunters are taken to blinds and stay there until picked up by guide
  • Arrangements can be made for taxidermy work.
  • All hunters need to bring appropriate hunting licenses.  Acquire ahead of arrival.
  • Bring coolers for transportation of meat
  • Bring your binoculars
  • Sight in rifles prior to arrival
  • Bring all ammunition
  • Bring all personal items
  • NO GUARANTEES
  • A wounded deer is a dead deer.  No exceptions
  • According to a gratuity webpage, it is customary to tip 15-20% of the price of the hunt.

  • 130 up to but not including 150 gross B&C $3700.00
  • 150 up to but not including 160 gross B&C $5700.00
  • 160 up to but not including 170 gross B&C $6700.00
  • 170 up to but not including 200 gross B&C $10,000.00
  • 200 and above gross B&C to be negotiated.

Texas Management Whitetail Deer Hunt

  • 3 day hunt, 3 night lodging 
  • 1 mature whitetail buck up to but not including 130 gross TGR plus 1 additional management deer at no extra charge.
  • 1 guide to 1 hunter
  • lodging and meals provided as part of hunt price..
  • Price $2500.00
  • $1250.00 nonrefundable deposit due to confirm hunt
  • Balance of $1250.00 due on or before September 1
  • Cleaning and caping included
  • License and gratutities not included

TEXAS RIO GRANDE TURKEY

  • 2007 Dates: March 31 - May 13
  • Guided or semi-guided
  • 3 day hunt with 3 nights lodging
  • 2 bird limit
  • Price $900.00 semi-guided and $1200.00 fully guided
  • $500.00 nonrefundable deposit due upon confirmation
  • Balance due by cash, credit card, or cashiers check upon arrival
  • Lodging and meals provided as part of hunt price.
  • Additional turkey $500.00
  • Only allow bow or shotgun on Turkey hunts

TEXAS DOVE HUNT

  • September
  • 2 day hunt, 2 night lodging
  • Price: $500.00 per hunter

HOG HUNTS

  • No Charge
  • Only held in conjunction with other hunts
